Refund Policy

Digital files are usually final sale, but duplicate charges, broken files, failed delivery, and materially inaccurate listings deserve a clear remedy.

Digital-download policy

Our products are digital files delivered immediately through Gumroad. Because a digital product cannot be returned after it has been accessed or downloaded, purchases are generally final.

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that applies where you live.

When we will review a refund

Contact us within 14 days of purchase if:

  • you were charged more than once for the same product;
  • the delivered file is missing, corrupted, or will not open;
  • the product is materially different from the description shown before checkout; or
  • a technical delivery problem prevents access and we cannot provide a working replacement.

We may ask for the Gumroad receipt, the email used at checkout, and a short description or screenshot of the problem so we can verify and resolve the order.

What is normally not refundable

We normally cannot refund a purchase because:

  • you changed your mind after accessing the file;
  • you no longer need or did not use the product;
  • your printer, paper, device, or software does not support the clearly stated format;
  • you expected a physical item when the page identified a digital download; or
  • your intended use falls outside the license shown on the product page.

How to request help or a refund

Reply to your Gumroad receipt or use the seller contact option on our Gumroad storefront. Include the product name, order email, purchase date, and what went wrong. Do not send card or bank details.

We will first try to provide a working file or practical fix. If the request qualifies, Gumroad will process the refund to the original payment method. Bank and payment-network timing may vary.

Fair-use limits

We may decline requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, repetitive, or inconsistent with the product’s access and download history, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
