These terms apply when you use Cursive Generator, including its free tools, articles, downloads, product pages, and outbound links. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must use the site lawfully and, if you are not old enough to enter a contract where you live, with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

The generators, guides, comparisons, and practice resources are provided for general creative and educational use. They are not professional, legal, medical, or accessibility advice, and they may not fit every project, learner, printer, device, or software setup.

Previewed fonts and generated exports can be subject to third-party font licenses. You are responsible for checking the license that applies to your intended personal or commercial use.

You keep any rights you already hold in text or material you enter. You are responsible for having permission to use it and for the designs, files, or links you create.

You may not use the site to:

• break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
• upload or generate malicious, deceptive, or abusive material;
• interfere with the site, bypass safeguards, or probe security;
• copy, scrape, or overload the service in a way that harms normal operation; or
• present our editorial content, product files, or branding as your own.

Product pages describe the included files, price, format, and license. A purchase grants only the license stated on that product page or in the delivered file. It does not transfer copyright or ownership.

Unless a product expressly says otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, upload, sublicense, or share the source download. Personal, classroom, and household permissions are limited to the scope shown for the product.

Gumroad provides checkout and acts as merchant of record. Its terms also apply to payment, taxes, receipts, and delivery. Prices and availability may change before purchase, but the total shown at checkout controls the transaction.

Refund eligibility is explained in our Refund Policy. For an order or delivery problem, use the contact link in your Gumroad receipt or the seller contact option on our Gumroad storefront.

Some recommendations use affiliate links. We may receive a commission if you make a qualifying purchase, at no additional cost to you. Third-party stores set their own product terms, prices, shipping, returns, and privacy practices. A recommendation is not a guarantee that a product will suit every person or use.

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free output, permanent availability, or a particular result. Back up files that matter to you and check exports before relying on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cursive Generator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site, third-party services, or downloaded material. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site and may update these terms. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their stated date.
